Refund policy
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at info@aikoa.co.uk. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues:
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items:
Several types of goods are exempted from our return policy unless we are at fault. Piercing items (such as earrings and body jewellery), personal items (such as socks), and beauty items are not eligible for refund or exchange for hygiene reasons, even if you never wore them, please do keep this in mind. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
Exchanges:
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds:
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
How to return an item:
Return by post: We offer a full refund on products that are returned to us within 14 days of dispatch. The products must be returned unused and in their original packaging. Please enclose the original receipt and dispatch note with your return so that we can process your return as quickly as possible.
If you wish to return an item, please ensure that you pay the correct postage for the size and weight of the products. We cannot accept responsibility for parcels returned to us that are lost in transit.
Please note that the return shipping charges are only refundable for faulty products, products not as described, or incorrect products. The original delivery charge, if one was applied, will be refunded at the same time as the returned products. Once we have assessed the items, the applicable amount of money will be refunded to the credit or debit card used to place the order. We aim to do this within 10 working days of the receipt of the returned products and will notify you by email once this has been done.
This returns policy does not affect your statutory rights.
Canceling an order before dispatch:
If you change your mind after placing an order, you can cancel it at any time before we dispatch it. Please see the Contact us page for our e-mail. You will need to give us your name and address details, as well as your order number to cancel your order.
