DELIVERY POLICY

Most deliveries take 0-5 working days to complete, this does not include weekends.

This also does not include the delivery time of the postal service. Once we have posted your items we will send you a reference number so you'll be able to see the progress of your order.

Most UK deliveries are sent by Royal Mail Tracked 48, deliveries usually arrive within 2 - 3 working days but are not guaranteed.

As soon as your order is dispatched you will receive a confirmation email outlining your order details. Whilst we make every effort to meet the above timescale, deliveries may take a little longer during busy times of the year including Christmas and Easter, or if there is any upcoming bank holiday. Please accept our apologies if this is the case. We will do our best to get your parcel sent out as quickly as possible.

Aikoa products are sold in Pounds Sterling on a delivery duty unpaid basis. The recipient may have to pay import duty or a formal customs entry fee prior to or on delivery. Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation and customers are advised to check these details themselves before placing the order.

International items are often handled by more than one postal service. Delivery of the item will be the responsibility of the postal service in the country the items are going to. Delays can often be caused by customs checks, which can sometimes take up to 1-2 weeks.


LATE AND LOST DELIVERIES

Once an order has been placed and posted, we cannot change the delivery address. We also can not be held responsible for delays caused by the postal service. If you are concerned you have not received your parcel please contact us via email us at info@aikoa.co.uk Post can sometimes go missing, Royal Mail usually have a 2 week grace period before claims can be made in these situations. If this is the case, we will handle all responsibilities with Royal Mail. We ask that you wait the 2 weeks grace period. After, we can either post out another item or offer a full refund. 

Sometimes you may not receive an item but it has been classed as delivered by the postal service. In this situation we can not offer a refund or post another item out. In these situations, we advise you to check the tracking number and see who signed for your delivery. Some times a neighbour or a colleague will sign for it. In these situations the postal service should inform you. The postal service may also have your item in its local depot ready for you to collect. Each postal service is different, but if you fail to collect, the item will be returned to us and you will need to pay for another delivery charge. We always advise to use your home address for a delivery. 

Aikoa cannot be held responsible for goods that are lost or delayed in transit.
